Sorry, oven came with the house, no manuals and no model # XX outside of oven. Thanks!
is this a built in oven , single or double or a freestanding oven?
Double oven, built in.
upper oven locked or lower?
Upper

7 years old. "Accubake system" only other markings on outside of oven, if that helps.
ok if bottom door is unlocked open bottom door on right side of door or oven face frame look to see if model serial tag is there?
No such luck. Just a electrical shock warning sticker.
not on the door itself either?
No. Sorry to be a pain.

Wow, your good, I now have access to the mother board.
Found a tech sheet behind the panel.
ok on that same page bottom right corner it talks about a thermal fuse!! and shows a picture of it .
you need top find it And then turn you oven circuit breaker OFF would be a double pole breaker 40 amp .
Then you need to unhook fuse.
and with a small insulated wire or a paper clip withe electrical tape on it just exposed the end 1/4 in an inch (this is going to be a jumper)
Will do.
once you have mad the jumper then diconnect fuse ,shove one end into connection where fuse goes into the control board terminal ,
And then to the open ebd of wire harness you pulled off of the fuse plug ,then repower unit and lets see if it powers up and beeps ,then if it does VERY carefully try to then prees upper oven bake and start ,wait 2-3 min to see if it is heating (I don`t think it will) COMMON PROBLEM
Darn, got to take my daughter to church. Go ahead and send your tips if you want. How do I go ahead and pay you?
ok Thank you .
If it does not heat you will also need to order also ther thermal fuse part #4451042 and the thermal cut off mounted in the rear of the oven as desribed on page #31, part XXXXXXX this kills 1/2 the power to the upper oven Bake and Broil elements .(this opens up after control goes dead ,which kill power to cooling fan ,no air flow thermal cut off opens .
If it does heat after jumping fuse out you will just need the thermal fuse.
I will wait to hear from you.
OK, I am back. Let me know what I owe you for this second session.
I have the control panel off and the top door open now. Inside the top oven is a model number RBD305PDB12. I found the thermal fuse on the back of the control panel and jumped it. The oven will now turn on and heat up. So it is safe to assume I need a new thermal fuse but the back of my control panel doesn't look like the one in the mamual. The end of the thermal fuse that goes directly into the back of the control panel is hard wired into a four wire white plug that connects to the back of the control panel and the other end of the thermal fuse is a quick disconnect like in the picture. Not sure how you replace the fuse becuase of this.
no other charges.
Ok so all you will need is the thermal fuse. Yes one end plugs in to the harness and the other end goes in to the molex connector on the control.
When you get the new one you will need a paper clip to unlock the connector inside the molex connector.
You did very good , just remember to leave me some feedback if you would
