It appears to be the original wood flooring used during construction.

It will take a bit of investigating to determine the extent of the water damage. More than likely if there is water damage underneath the dishwasher, it has extended further underneath the nearby cabinets. Especially since you have a wood subfloor it can hold moisture and it will travel (wick) along the wood surface. It is possible as well that the cabinets have been exposed to the moisture.

You need to have access to the full sheet of wood that is in that area of the floor. Depending upon the layout of your kitchen, this may mean removing the dishwasher along with the surrounding cabinets. To cut out just the area of floor underneath the dishwasher would not be sufficient.

Once you have access to that affected area, the damaged floor can be removed and replaced with new wood.
