Question

my daughter has a boarder and he asked if he could use my computer for his e-mail address and i told him yes. i never give him my password but leave my computer for him to use and when he is done turn it off. well i do have his e-mail address that he had me put in for him. now i am having problems with adult situations and a man called today and asked whowas looking at porn, i told him about the boarder. he told me that he stole a credit card and charged it on there and gave them our phone number. so now there is a problem and i want him and his e-mail off my computer. please help. my e-mail address is XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX

Hello,

To remove All his personalized stuff as far as the web goes that is on the computer, On the internet toolbar, you will need to click Tools/Internet options.. Here you will see a button named Delete.

Click that button, you will see a new box, at the pottom of that box, click delete all, and checkmark the box that says delete add ons.

This will remove all the cookies, and everywhere he has been from the machine.

Take note. This will also remove all password for websites, so if you have forgotten any, you will have to reenter them in the next time you visit them.

Hope this helps.

Michael
