I changed the black cartridge in my iP90 printer and now it will only print color. I tried a different cartridge from a completely different package and still no black printing.

Hi,

It sounds like your print head is clogged. Have you tried manually cleaning it (remove the cartridge, use cotton swabs and water to clean any gunk in the ink reservoir)

I have tried that and it still doesn't work

Strange. The problem has to be with your print head or print carriage not delivering the ink. You may need a replacement print head altogether.
