Hello! Welcome to justanswer!

 

Try unhooking the battery for a minute then reconnect it. Do this at the negative cable. Do the light still flash on their own now?

Ok, using two small flat blade screwdrivers with tape on the ends, pry the switch out and unplug it. Do the lights still flash now?
