I own a 740i 2000 bmw. the service engine soon light has been on for while when I had a mechanic check a code popped up:P01174. he doesn't know what it is. Can you help me decipher this code?

Already Tried:
clear the ses a number of times, had the car tuned-up, changed the oil.

It means system running lean could be failed oxygen sensor or vacuum leak on bank 2
I would probably replaced the 02 sensor and go from there
