Thank you,

I believe that you have a urinary tract infection. It is not uncommon to have blood in the urine when you have a urinary tract infection/bladder infection. The blood is not serious, but I understand how it can be worrisome when you see it.

Unfortunately, the cranberry juice will not get rid of the infection for you. You will need to be started on antibiotics by your doctor as soon as possible. Your doctor can also prescribe medication that can help to numb the bladder and lessen the urgency and burning with urination. There are over the counter tablets you can buy that can help with the discomfort (azo or uristat) until you can see your doctor, but these will not cure the infection either.

If you have any further questions, let me know.
