Question

I have a 94 dodge van 250 and it will not start sometimes. I've done alot of testing. I'm not getting spark to the plugs. when i turn the key on to the on position and wait about a minite the two relays located behind the battery will start chattering and then it will start. I've replaced the relays and it still does it. When I drive it and the motors hot or its been running for awhile and i stop at a store for a minite it will start right up. its only after it sets for awhile it will not start again unless i turn the key on and wait till the relays start chattering. My next option is to spend the money and get a new computor and hope that fixes it. Should i do that. PLEASE HELP im pulling my hair out and i have none to pull out.

Your description of the chattering relays is the key here.

This is the best indication of a failing PCM.....aka computer, and this is pretty common on these 90's trucks/vans.

Yes, I would replace the PCM.
