Info Request

Hey XXXXXXXXXX,

That isn't good.. Do you see any lights on the computer or hear any sounds that indicates it to be running?

Do you see anything on the computer screen or is it just black?

Do you ever see the Window's Logon Screen?

Lastly, If you take a flashlight and shine it on the screen do you see anything?

Have you tried starting the computer in Safe Mode?

Thanks,

XXXXXX X.

Nothing is coming up on my screen to help me get it going. I have tried to start it up and push F1, F2. and F8, but nothing is coming up on the screen. The computer is lighting up and everything...just nothing on the screen whatsoever.

Answer

That isn't a good sign, I would advise to take the computer into verify and make sure exactly what is wrong and to make sure the other computers components are still in good working order. I would guess that it is either your computer's Display or your power supply(I honestly think it is your display). You can get a replacement for a fairly cheap these days.

I'm sorry to come bearing bad news,

Lastly, if you need anymore help please ask, otherwise have a good night and god bless! Smile
