Now if I can figure out how to get to it to take it off.

Answer

There should be to Bolts or a Bolt & a Nut (on stud).
Disconnect Fuel Lines.
Remove Bolts.
Remove Pump

When installing, be sure to put Arm in & up to engage cam eccentric, so it doesn't get bent
