Question

I have a 2008 rabbit with an ipod adapter in the armrest. I HATE IT. Like the AUX input in my 2007 rabbit. I have seen a few post about a convertor that plugs into the adapter (after you pop out the armrest pocket) that "dumbs" down the Ipod CD converter to an AUX input. The one mentioned is no longer available. Do you know where I can get something? Or is there a better way. I want to control my iPhone via the iPhone not from the radio.

I have a couple customers that have the i-vw-r kit installed in there rabbits this kit will allow u to have total control over u ipod i hope this helps thanks for choosing just answer. There was not a link but I googled. So do I plug it into the convertor in the armrest or does it need to be plug into the back of the radio. Thanks After this I will accept. Thank you!

It plugs into the radio but u will be able to control the music trough the ipod just like u want it
