Hi and thanks for using JustAnswer.com.
Vinyl and sun do not mix well- as you have noticed. The coefficient of expansion is so great that the panels pop their interlock. There is no sense in spending any hard earned $$ on more vinyl in your exposure. I recommend HardiPlank gypsum plank siding. It is cheap, indestructable, and permanent. Apply it right over your Tyvek. Seal the old nail holes ,from the vinyl install, in the Tyvek. You can and should prime and paint the HardiPlank . Nail into the 2X6s, not the sheathing.

You could if your sheathing is at least 1/2 inch thick . You would have to add a water barrier, I do not believe Tyvek is appropriate for direct masonry contact. Stucco is a hail and UV barrier. What actually keeps the sheathing dry is under the stucco. This system does not breath well. And stucco cracks easily. HardiPlank on the other hand breathes well and IS a water barrier- in addition to be imperivous to hail and UV.
