What about other moneys she may of had in her bank account which has nobody on it? Will this go to probate? Should I get a paralegal?
Accepted Answer
It would pass by intestate law. This should be handled by an estates lawyer or with the aid of the court clerk. Not a paralegal who cannot practice law.
