for the last 5 months i've been having all these symptoms, some more often than others: severe headaches, blurred vision, light-headness, dizziness, fainting, insomnia, neck and shoulder pain, coughing up blood, shaking all over, vomiting, chest and stomach pain, shortness of breath, tightening of chest, all of the pain all over my body is shooting, flaring, sharp, and chronic at the same time.

I've been to the ER atleast 4 times, and seen many, many doctors and done many, many tests. all of the doctors have no clue what i have, and all of the tests come back normal. that being the case, i have not been disagnosed with anything, because no one can. The doctors I have don't know what to do next, so, they're doing nothing. So, I figured I'd try asking somebody online. I need someone's help, because I have no one.

1.Since when it is there?
2.Was there any attack of high grade fever before starting all this?
3.Is there continuous weight loss with specially evening rising temperature?
4.Do you smoke or drink alcohol?
5.Is there any family history of any disease?

thank you for getting back to me. Of course I will answer any questions.
1.This all started 5 months ago.
2.I have not had any fevers before this started, or anytime during.
3.There was no continuous weight loss.
4.I do not smoke or drink at all.
5.Family history of depression, alcoholism, cancer, liver damage and gall bladder failure.

Hello Rahin,
By looking at the details it looks that you may be suffering from any kind of lower respiratory infection which is causing symptoms of the coughing of the blood with other generalized symptoms of the infection like malaise,headache,body aches.
If this problem has become chronic in nature then do think of the mold infection,allergies or hypersensitivity pneumonitis type of diseases for this you may need specific tests of allergy which can be prescribed by your doctor. A CT scan of the chest can be included as a part of your management after complete clinical examination by your doctor specially a pulmonologist.Till then you may do following to have relief-

1.Avoid any type of stresses physical as well as mental.

2.Check for any mold at your home ,this can be found at dump,cold environment.

3.Avoid any factor which is causing increase in your symptoms,this can be pollen grains,dust or any other thing.

4.You may try for some anti allergic formulations like cetrizine on doctor's prescription.

5.For some time continue on anti inflammatory analgesic drug like advil.
