what happen if the employee failed to change the beneficiary to the surviving spouse and now the employer is deceased.
what can i do to inherit my husband life insurance policy
we just brought a home in Ocotber and before he was deceased he asked me to paid off the home. But to find out his job didn't do what we told them to do. They tell me that They have no record showing the change of beneficiary to the surviving spouse which we was married in 2005 and they still have the children and beneficiary. I really need some help with this before i loss me home. My husband income took care of the mortage and the car. Now I have nothing please help me with so advised.

The company tell me that they have done the research the record are seal and they don't keep record or telephone conservation back to 2005 only back 18 months. Also me husband call them before he pass and told them that they can talk with me and i change the beneficiary before he died and they say they don't have a record of that
