Question

Hi, I once clipped a charter bus when pulling out of a parallel parking spot from behind it. I had to pull out quicker than expected when a car accelerated into the lane I was getting into.   
I got out of my Rav4 (which was dented) and checked the bus and saw no damage and could not find the driver after waiting for a bit. I figured it was ok and left. But I have OCD and am paranoid that I could have somehow damaged the E-brake on the bus or something that would cause the bus to get into an accident.
Am I just being paranoid?

If you did little damage to your vehicle and none visible to the bus it's almost impossible that you would have done any mechanical damage to the braking system of the bus, which is housed deep under the bus near the axles, likely far from where you damaged your vehicle. Any mechanical failures would have been evident when the bus was initially moved after the accident. You shouldn't have anything to worry about.
