Answer

Is it a click of the solenoid or a clunk sound of the starter? A click and I'd say check the connections on the battery and the starter. If it's a clunk, the starter may have actually cracked or the flexplate cracked or something mechanical such as the gear teeth on either the starter or flexplate. Maybe the bolys have come loose on the starter, also. Since its a Blazer it should be easy to lay under there and check that starter.

the crunk is from the starter, but what about the light's on the dashboard that won't turn on, even when you turn the key in anormal auto you can listen , tha fuel pump working , but in this case you don't listen anything, so the clunk taht i hear is the starter.
even the shift won't move to neutral.

I would check the connections on the starter and while your down there check the starter bolts for being loose. See if you can shake the starter. See if you can get a look at the flexplate and starter gear and look for metal on the teeth. Look at the starter to make sure it isn't cracked. The wire from the starter most likely feeds some of those circuits that are not on.

so could be the ignition system?

Answer

Have you checked the fuses? The ignition system is just that, ignition (Spark) Then you have the starting system (Starter) Charging system (Alernator) Then lighting, accessories, etc.

Answer

It could be an ignition switch since it feeds the starter, the ecm (computer). I was mostly concerned about the starter making a noise.

What engine?

Answer

You may need a 12 volt test light and trace the wires from the circuits that dont work. First thing is check all the grounds. Tight connections at the battery and junction box. I believe that may be on the passenger side maybe up on the firewall. Check the starter wires.
