Hi and thanks for using JustAnswer.com.

Sounds like you have aluminum windows. Aluminum conducts heat/cold rapidly. The only thing you can do is reduce the amount of humid air comming into contact with the cold aluminum. Use your range hood when boiling water and cooking. Use your bath exhaust fan when showering/bathing. Air out the house when this condensation peaks.

It is also possible the installers did not insulate or caulk between the window frame and the rough opening. This would aggrevate the heat loss/transfer at the window frame.

I hope that this information was helpful to you. In your first post you said the windows condensate on the side but not on the windows(with screens). I understood this to mean the window frames have condensation, and the glazing and screens do not.
Your reply tells me the window glazing is fogged on the outside, but where screens are present, the fog is on the screens and not the glazing. In this case what you are describing is morning dew. This is not a failure of your new windows. Your old windows probably let enough heat thru the glazing to evaporate the dew on the glazing. Your new windows do not transfer heat fast enough to evaporate the dew. Dew settles vertically like rain and your screens catch it before it can get on the glazing.
