Watkins 25 Sailboat

I have had oil leak into bilge on three occasions. First two times replaced oil line that goes from just below oil filter over and up on the right side of engine. Line was corroded at the point where it bend upward and opened a leak.   It appears to have gotten water on it. This seems to have fixed the problem. Any suggestions as to why this continues to happen.

Hello. If the leak occurs at the same place for the same apparent reason, then it sounds like you need to determine where the water (salt, I assume) is coming from that is causing the corrosion. You could also consider applying paint to the line before installation to protect it from the water, and/or regularly flushing salt away from this area with fresh water.

Sea water may be coming from leaky water pump and running down onto line. Have you had experience with this problem.

Not that specific problem (corroded oil line), but with lots of other corrosion issues. Leaking water can certainly cause corrosion and the solution is to address the underlying problem, which is the water leak. Water should not be dripping onto or around the motor.
