Answer

Thanks

First check to make sure the manual shifter cable is not broken. You will have to have someone look under the hood on the drivers side where the shifter cable attaches to the shifter lever while someone inside moves the lever. If it is not moving check the cable for being broken. If broken, replace cable.

If cable is ok, most likely cause is a broken internal pump shaft. To verify you will need to take it to the trans shop and ask them to check for trans fluid pressures. Most of them will do this for free. If there is no pressure, this confirms that the shaft if broken. You will need to replace the pump shaft and possible the valvebody.

Thanks
