You probably know it by it's laymen's term- Bleach. The best concentration is sold by pool supply companies- it is twice the concentration of your wifes laundry bleach. If you had 3 products containing 15, 25, and 50 percent, you could say that the 50 percent concentration is the best product based on the fact that it is the bleach that is the active ingredient. If you had a product that applied by a Windex type bottle hand squeeze pump, and another applied by hose sprayer, you could call the hose sprayer product best, based on ease of application.
