My 1998 Saturn SC2 was lightly touched one day and the horn went off for roughly 15 minutes. It stopped and we went on with our lives. Now the horn dosen't work. What should I look for?

<p>OK THE HORN IS LOCATED IN THE LEFT FRONT OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.</p><p>GO TO THE BLACK WIRE TERMINAL B AND GROUND IT , THE HORN SHOULD BLOW .</p>
