Hello,

Could you describe the pain? Is it tight?
Does it radiate to the arm or jaw?
Are you feeling your heart racing? Is your heart beat irregular?

Do you have any health problems?

Not had heartburn before, not had pain like it before, I woke up with the pain. Does relieve it a bit when I Burp. Yes it does feel like spinning dizziness. No fever, nausea. Have felt lightheaded in the past but not like this.

Accepted Answer

Dizziness along with chest pain, even though you are young, still could be heart related so I strongly urge you to seek medical attention today.

There would be other possible causes, such as vertigo, heartburn, viral illness, gallbladder problems, anemia, thyroid problems, but chest pain and dizziness is something that needs to be checked out by your doctor as soon as possible to make sure it is not something serious.

I hope that you feel better soon.
