disconect the power

 

unscrew the the back of the unit ( panel )

 

and you will se a a black hose apx 1 1/4 in dimater with a squeese clamp on ther top and the bottom

 

remove and replace

The back of the washer is one solid panel with many screws; I removed the screws, but the panel does not budge.

is it hinged or does it have a seam sometimes you have to lift and pull the back off
