Question
mY wfie has a 2005 series 5 we bought used from BMW dealer. If has M series rims (but is not M series) and fun flat tires. We have the car about 15 months and in that time had to replace 3 tires due to screws etc in the them.
Last month we noticed cupping in a tire brought it to dealer. Needed wheel alignment and some kind of busing replaced ($1400) and we were told both rear tires needed to replaced. They had less than 10,000 miles on them. They told us run flats do not give long mileage.
Qkuestion: can we put regular tires on the car? IF so do we need to change the rims? What kind is best?
