First of all, if you can, share your worries concerns and difficulty with family or close friends.
Secondly, and primarily, you need to take care of yourself, and I suggest a course of cognitive behavioral therapy to help you get through this really bad time.
Thirdly, find a support group. The following website is very useful, and will introduce you to lots of resources you can use.

Finally if you go on to google and search for ‘living with a bipolar husband’ there is wealth of information about how other people manage, and what they experience. I think it would help you.
Don't blame your husband or yourself for what is happening - neither of you is at fault.
Don't argue with him when he is depressed or manic - it will not help.
Try to make sure that he keeps to his medication regime - not over-powerfully, just so he knows your watching.
Go with him to see his prescriber, and discuss his medications so that you any changes or updates that may be necessary can be made.
Talk a lot about the good times - and remember - they WILL come back.
