Greetings.

This is called as social phobia or anxiety disorder. You primary care physician can prescribe you either of following;

1) Lorazepam (Ativan)

2) Venlafaxine (Effexor XR)

3) Duloxetine (Cymbalta)

Also consider;

a) Discontinuation of caffeine-containing products such as coffee, tea, colas, and Mountain Dew.

Hello,

You need to contact a therapist who can help you. The other measures are;

1) Behavioral psychotherapies; gradual desensitization involves gradually exposing the to simulated situations that normally cause anxiety. By mastering the situation one is eventually able to tolerate more situations that previously induced anxiety.

2) Cognitive and insight-oriented therapies; one with social phobia often have significant cognitive distortions related to what other people could be thinking about them. This responds to restructuring of thoughts by therapies.

It is pleasure and privilege assisting you.

I hope this was helpful to you. If it was, please remember to ACCEPT the answer so I can get compensated for my work. if you have any more questions, please feel free to ask. I am truly privileged to help you, and I want to make sure that you are satisfied with the answer. Good luck!
