Hi: Thanks for coming to Just Answer with your question. My name is Randall and I believe I can assist you with this. Short answer; "Yes" and here is why. Most manufacturers put the bare minimum spring and tire set-up on the coach. This saves them money.
Not too long ago, RVIA did some random testing and they found that about 60% of the units they tested came up lacking in one or both of these areas. When you break a spring, you at the very least need to replace both sides and I always put all 4 on. When one breaks, another is uusally not far behind. It is also a good time to put a HD equalizer and shackle kit made by Dexter on with zirc fittings so they can be greased. They aren't much more than the cheaper stock OEM versions.
