What year? Is the radiator support spotwelded? If so use a spot weld cutter and cut them out.
The year is 2009.
I didn't look close enough to know if it is spot wlded, but I do already have a cutter... and both arc and wire-feed welder.
The real question is, based on I haven't done any body work (except 1976 Jeep... too easy), is whether I should attempt this?
I can get OEM parts for around $600 and the Body Shop want $4000-5000 to do the work (probably not with OEM parts).
RADIATOR SUPPORT, STEEL, PRIMERED BLACK -- A high quality, direct fit OE replacement radiator support.
It dont look that difficult, I would save some money and do it yourself. I will try to find some more diagrams.
Here is a video of someone who hit a deer with his 2004 Pontiac Vibe and I see he is using a spot weld cutter.
