Question

I just found out that my real estate agent was asking way more than what I was asking, after a year he just up and quit me. I decided to sell by owner and a man called who had looked at the house before hand and really wanted it but couldn't afford it and after finding out how much I was asking he was a little upset because the agent was asking 15,000 more, he (the agent) even had the nerve to as me to take 5,000 less. Is there anything I can do to this man, I had enough money to make payments for a year now the bank is taking the house. Please give me some good news.

Info Request

Hello,

Let me see if I have this correct...You listed your property for sale with a real estate agent and signed a listing contract. You agreed to list it for $XX price, but the realtor listed it for $XX + $15,000?

Thanks.

Matt
