I had asked Jay a question about a small electric appliance. I already paid through PayPal, and do not want to pay again. What I want to know is, can I again get in touch with Jay? I was studying his answer when I lost the whole page for Just Ask

I did that, and wanted to copy the PDF to help us better. I've not been able to print it. Is there a trick to printing a PDF file?

No, the print option should be in the upper left hand corner. If it wont print then you will have to just view it on your screen and use diagram 2 to access the battery.
