Already Tried:
nothing she has been getting a lot of sleep and since last night when i gave her some water with a sryinge she have eaten better and a little move enerjetic before laying down again today

Answer

Hi
Blood in her stool is a sign of an intestinal problem(colitis) not a urinary tract problem. If she is lethargic(no energy) and has a decreased appetite she needs to be examined by your regular veterinarian tomorros. If she is very lethargic and not eating or drinking water then go to an emergency veterinarian today.
I hope this helps.
