I must clarify. The pain is not a constant pain. It is more a movement pain, like stnading from seating. I am builder by profession. Not on any medication.

Answer

Ok, thank you for the additional clarification.

If it is gas, there are some initial things you can try over the counter.
Beano, Pepto-Bismol or Maalox Total stomach relief help with gas. The last two contain bismuth, which help decrease odor if you are having a lot of gas.

Altering your diet so that you are eating foods that do not produce gas is also important (avoid chewing gum, soda, beans, cauliflower, broccoli, etc).

An antibiotic called rifaximin may also be helpful.

Another consideration as to the cause of your pain would be irritable bowel syndrome. This can cause significant pain. The cause is unknown.
Increasing fiber in the diet has been shown to help with discomfort and there are other medications shown to be helpful but must be prescribed by your doctor after diagnosis.

Here is more information for you about gas and bloating:

go to www.uptodate.com/patients and search under gas and bloating

This will discuss different causes and treatments.

I would urge you to see your doctor when you can so that you can be properly diagnosed and make sure that it is truly a gas problem causing your discomfort.

I hope this answers your question. If not or if you have any other questions, please let me know and I would be happy to discuss further.

Agiain, my activities are not liminted. I am a 100% percent sure what the issue is. The anti-gas thing that you recomened, i find more gas in the stomach area. Again, i would dicribed myself as ok, accept the problem slow me down from do my work as fast as i would like to.I feel if i can pass the gas through farting i will be ok.

Accepted Answer

Then what you need to do is try to decrease the amount of gas you are producing by avoiding gas producing foods and trying the beano or simethicone.

Avoid chewing gum, drinking carbonated beverages, drinking alcohol and smoking. Air swallowing is one of the major causes of gas in the upper abdomen. Make sure you are not gulping drinks and eating slowly to help prevent swallowing air unknowingly.

I hope this is helpful for you.

Don't smoke anything of any kind , no alcohol of any kind vegetarian from the age 15.

The problem i have related to not eating on time or in a timely manner. For the pass 4 1/2 years because of (seemly 24-7) effort to keep my construction buisness from going under my eating on time too a back seat and i thing in small way( does far) in paying for it. Like i say i know it is gas related, because eating on time has become paramount to me, and two tuesday ago, in other to push work, put my lunch time 2 hour later i should and did same the following day.

The reason for seeking help, is because the usal thing we use gas not work fully.

by the way i am the USVI,St.criox.

Anyway thank for service that deserve to get paid.

Answer

It sounds like you are under a lot of stress.

Since you are a vegetarian, it is a more inherently gas causing diet.

This is a list of the foods that will increase gas:

If you are rushing to eat (in the back of your truck) it will make gas worse. I wish I could help you more with your problem.
