Question
I have a 98 VW Jetta GLX 2.8 V6. Code came up as 1123 listing as a rich fuel bank 1.. The vehicle has only 60K but perhaps the upstream ox sensor should be replaced, or the fuel regulator. What do you think?
Optional Information: 1998 Volkswagen Jetta GLX 2.8L
Already Tried:
Code 1123 rich fuel bank 1.. So now what. I ordered a Bosh upstream Ox Sensor. Found the vacume line on the fuel pressure regulator seemed deteriorated and possibley leaking vacuum. So I replace with new hose. No check light yet but still had a slight hesitation when starting out from a stop. Any other items to check?
