Question

I have been given an assignment to find the protein content in mg in a gummy bear. Our professor has said that we have already used all that we need to find this result but I am stumped. We have used a biuret solution to test for the presence of protein, bromophenol blue to measure light absorbance using a spectrophotometer, and that's about it. Any ideas on a strategy to develop an experiment to find the protein content?
