Hello susghost,

Is this for your personal taxes or your business taxes that you are wanting to make an estimated tax payment?

Hello again susghost,

Are you certain that you payed your individual estimated payments last year over the internet? That option is available for federal estimated payments, but in the state of OR, they only accept EFT transfers from corporations.

Yes, I did. It was the first time that the State took direct payment online, hence the email address and I have a username and password for the site. Prior to last year they used an intermediary and you could pay with a credit card and pay a small service fee.

The only taxes that I know of that are accepted by OR by electronic funds transfer is business taxes. If they now allow individuals to file, I am not aware of it.

But I will put your question back on the open board to see if someone else here in the forum knows anything about individuals being able to use EFT.
