If your wife is having this problem after eating tuna fish then it may be due to allergy from tuna.For this you should consult to your local & near health provider.
    But if this problem is there since last long time then this may be due to multiple issues like-
-Deficiency of vitamin,B12,B6,B2.
-Due to stress & anxiety.
-May be a symptoms of mild stroke.
-Hypotension or low blood pressure.
-Endocrinological disorder like hypothyroidism.

You should have a complete evaluation of her by having routine blood examination,hormonal assays,x ray of the cervical spine.
Mean while you may give her a supplemental dose of vitamin b complex which is available OTC,check her blood pressure if it is low then supplement her with good amount of liquids with salt content,keep her limb elevated on the pillow.

If there is associated tachycardia with cold sweat with decreased level of conscious then i will advice you to show her to your local doctor earliestly.
