well with deep n long seeping wound you will need IV antibiotics.. you should go to ER instead of a doctor appt. in the morning. need to start antibiotics as soon as possible.

Answer

just got the already tried information. Sorry for the confusion but my recommendations are different from before based on this added information. It seems like you are already on antibiotics and the wound is healed. you can see your doctor in morning instead of going to ER tonight.
