I have googled and asked around but I want a for sure answer. My husband is 24 and I am 20 we have a son that is almost 2 is it legal for my husband to take me to a bar or club with him?

Accepted Answer

No, you husband is not allowed to take you into a bar where the required age is 21, simply because you are married. If it is a bar/restaurant where they serve food and alcohol, it should not be a problem to sit in the bar area. However, if the establishment requires anyone who enter to be 21 or over, the marriage would not trump the legal age for admittance.
