Hello my name is Mike and thanks for using Just Answer.

The way to stop condensation is to remove moisture from the air on the inside by using a dehumidifier or insulating the walls well enough that there are no cold spots for the air to move against and then condense the water that is in it. A bed liner will only trap water between it and the covered surface. An undercoating may help insulate but moisture could still collect on the liner or the inside of your structure.
