Question

what size masonry block is required on the top course of an attached garage in MN.

<p>Hi and thanks for using JustAnswer.com.</p><p>The top course is the same size as the blocks the wall is constructed of. The difference is the block is notched to recieve rebar and the entire top course is poured solid with cement. Depending on your wall height and door heights, there is a slight chance the top course could contain a lintle, but this is not allowed because it prevents the top course from being a continuous pour.</p><p><strong>I hope that this information was helpful to you.
