I am sorry take a look from the inside and check the cables and gear they have a gear system like teeth see if anything is broken in the rails of the frame hindering the glass moving back and forth. Get up and close to see if you can see anything broken.
No there is not . I also have to tell you there is a recall on these sypmtons so go to your toyota or lexus dealer and have them take a look at this . The only thing you can do is cover the sunroof with some plastic. Here are the recalls on the roof. They will not charge you for anything at all. So give them a call tomorrow.
