Customer Question

I have a customer, ordered (shipped to her ) and purchased (in store) merchandise from me in past half year, payments on 30days term, but she failed to pay her bills, my question is can I charge her credit card to get the payments?

Sent statements, called her, couldn't get the payments, she used her credit card paid some bills in the past, so I have it on file.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Accepted Answer

Unless she has authorized you to charge her credit card you cannot make such a charge. If she did not give you the credit card for these purchases, then it would be an unauthorized charge. Your recourse against her is to sue her for the money if she will not pay on the invoices.
