Sorry that his has happened to your son. False abuse allegations are common.

If he needs to get into his apartment but the TRO (temporary restraining order) does not let him, he needs to bring to the Court a motion entitled "Motion for Re-Consideration of Temporary Restraining Order." In it, he needs to explain to the judge that he needs to get into this apartment and the current TRO won't let him. The Court will amend the order, ordering her OUT for a few hours and him IN to do what he needs to do.
