Hello! I have a mitsubitchi alternator in my experimental aircraft with 4 contactpoints in addition to ground and plus. I`m using only one of these 4. How do I localise the "field" contact? (I`m using a "Ladac" regulater. Thanks in advance! Torvid

Im very familiar with making alternators work, Just would like to know exacly what you are trying to accomplish. Are you attempting to figure out how to trigger the field?
and if you can tell me what year and model mitsubishi alternator you are using.

Hello! After removing the alternator,I removed the epoxy/glass cover on the end of it with air inlet for cooling, I discovered the markings: E F N A .So I guess connecting my single cable to the "F"terminal will work ok. If you agree, there is no need to answer this. Anyway, thank you, and charge my visa as agreed! I will recommend "just answer" to my friends!
