Accepted Answer
Hi, thanks for your question! BPH (Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy) is a condition where hormone influence (testosterone and other hormones) cause enlargement of the prostate over the years. The only reliable treatment is neutering, to remove this hormonal influence. There are also medications that can help, such as Terazosin and other similar drugs.
Allowing him to breed a female will not change this condition.
