Hello there. Well, that is a difficult question to answer.   Legally, there is no requirement that you put money down.   The question is more business-related...Here are the key questions, one of which is going to have to be answered "yes" in order for you to get 100% financing:   (1) Does the seller or a lender have the incentive to provide you 100% financing? or (2) Do you or a guarantor have sufficient net worth to make your guaranty of such loan secure enough for the lender to provide 100% financing?
