I can't get documents printed from my computer through the unit. New unit model MFC-7440N. I followed the instruction book for installation and got all other functions working. I do not use this unit for Fax transmissions, either in or out.

what version of windows are you using?
When you try to print what happens?
If you get an error on the computer or printer give me the exact error message

I am using Microsoft XP. When I try to print, nothing happens. I do not get error messages or any thing else.

Did you already install the disc that came with the machine?
If you did switch the ports the USB cable is connected to and restart the computer
Then try to print again
