Question

I accidentally crossed the speaker wire while the receiver was on. now i have no sound from left channel. what can I do to fix this? I have a sansui 9090DB reciever

looked at fuses i could find easily

If you have check the fuses and everything is ok, then the output transistors may be damaged and you need to take it to service, do not play with it, it will be too expensive if you do more damage, those receivers are very valuable these days, do not take a chance and send it to repair.

Furthermore I assume that you are not a service technician otherwise you will not be asking this question and if you are not a technician I can't tell you the procedure to fix it because maybe you won't understand or won't have the tools to do it.
