I HAVE SIGNED TO HAVE A DENTIST PUT IN IMPLANTS IN THE BACK OF MY TEETH BUT WOULD LIKE TO GET A SECOND APINION I, IT HAS BEEN LESS THEN AWEEK THAT I SIGNED,AM I BOUND BY THE CONTRACT? THANK YOU

Accepted Answer

OK.

You can get a second opinion. And just because you signed a contract does not mean you cannot call and re-schedule (even several times) if you want. They cannot force you to do the procedure. Go get your second opinion and make sure you feel comfortable with everything before you go through with it.

The contract you signed (I am guessing) is likely only your promise to pay for the procedure IF and WHEN you have the dentist do it. You're fine. Thanks!
